How does records storage work?

It’s very simple:

You decide what records are to be stored, pack them in archive boxes, and write a reference code on the box. We will collect them, put a unique barcode on the box and store them, while you enjoy more space, peace of mind and increased productivity.

When you need a box, simply send contact us, and it will be dispatched to you the next day. Remember, we’ll make your first delivery each month FREE OF CHARGE!

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
Subject to a minimum 5 year contract term.
For the initial intake of boxes any collections required in excess of 20 miles from records storage location an additional surcharge applies of £25 + VAT.
Maximum distance for collections is 50 miles from the records storage location.
Free monthly collection is for up to 20 boxes. An additional surcharge applies of £2 + VAT per box for any additional boxes.
Free use of viewing room is for a maximum of 3 hours per month and is subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply for services provided over and above the inclusive package. Please ask for details.
